Job Responsibilities
Welcome the VIP guests . Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently in line with fine dining standards. Set up dining areas onboard, including table arrangements and cutlery to meet luxury standards. Work closely with the chef to ensure smooth coordination of service timings. Ensure all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times,
Requirements
Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress. Excellent customer service and professional appearance. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and table arrangement. Ability to work flexible hours.
