Job Summary: Looking for a House Keeping Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

As a housekeeping supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization and overall presentation of the facility, you will lead a team of housekeeping staff, set high standards for cleanliness and ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks

Job Qualifications and Experience

The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or a similar role
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent knowledge of housekeeping practices, procedures as well as equipment
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, staff as well as management
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
