Job Description
- Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have.
- Process customer transactions at the cash register
- Manage online orders and dispatch with proper coordination with delivery staff and third parties
- Assist in marketing and sales promotion related activities
- Manpower Management & Store Administration
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damage and wastage
- Monitoring product expiry dates and taking necessary action to uphold service quality \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring shelves stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Addressing customers\' requests, comments, and complaints.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock transactions and generate regular reports.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials and products are stored in compliance with quality standards.
