We are seeking a
strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented Hotel Revenue Manager
to oversee revenue optimization and pricing strategy across our hotel portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with
Opera PMS, Apollo
, and advanced revenue management techniques to maximize profitability and occupancy while maintaining brand positioning and competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
dynamic pricing, distribution, and inventory management
strategies to maximize RevPAR and GOP.
Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare detailed
forecasting and performance reports
using data from PMS, channel managers, and OTAs.
Manage and optimize
distribution channels (OTAs, brand websites, GDS)
to ensure rate parity and maximize online visibility.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing with promotions and business goals.
Implement
yield management tactics
and revenue optimization strategies based on market demand and historical performance.
Monitor and adjust rate strategies in real time across all online platforms.
Drive performance through
KPI tracking
including ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and GOPPAR.
Present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
.
3+ years of proven experience
as a Revenue Manager or in hotel revenue management (multi-property experience preferred).
Strong command over
Opera PMS and Apollo systems
.
Advanced skills in
Excel, BI tools, and data analytics platforms
.
Deep understanding of
distribution channels, rate parity, and OTA management
.
Knowledge of
forecasting models, market segmentation, and yield management principles
.

Certification in Revenue Management (e.g., CRME or Cornell certificate) is a plus.
