Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage hotel bookings and reservation confirmations Communicate with clients and partners, ensuring a smooth reservation process Handle reservation changes, amendments, and cancellations promptly Provide excellent customer service to Russian-speaking partners
Requirements:
Experience working with booking systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar) Strong knowledge of the Russian-speaking market Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and customer-oriented approach Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
