We\'re looking for a Receptionist to be the public face of our hotel You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working in a busy, vibrant environment ensuring thousands of guests receive the warmest of welcomes. As Receptionist, you are a vital part of our guests\xe2\x80\x99 journey, you will likely be the first and last point of contact they have in our hotel. Daily task:
- Greeting everyone of our guests with a welcoming smile
- Efficiently helping guests in the checking in and out
- Providing the highest level of hospitality
- Upselling of rooms and other facilities
- Informing the guests of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s facilities, offering advice and assistance when necessary
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- 4 or 5 star Hotel: 2 years (Preferred)
- English, Arabic, Russian(Basic) (Preferred)
