Job Summary:



The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for delivering a warm, efficient, and professional welcome to all guests. The role ensures smooth check-in/check-out procedures, accurate guest information handling, and exceptional guest service in line with 5-star standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome guests promptly with a genuine and courteous attitude. Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently. Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles in the PMS. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service. Process payments, verify billing, and maintain accurate financial records. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Uphold hotel service standards, grooming guidelines, and communication protocols. Promote hotel facilities, F&B outlets, and ongoing promotions.

Requirements:



Previous experience as Receptionist/Front Office Agent in a 4 or 5-star hotel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English;

Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred

. Familiarity with hotel PMS (e.g., Opera) is an advantage. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Presentable, professional grooming, and courteous demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
