Welcoming and registering guests/clients (online or on-site). Answering phone calls and emails, redirecting to the relevant departments. Processing reservations, check-ins and check-outs in the hotel systems. Providing information about services, prices and rules. Coordination with other departments (housekeeping, restaurant, security). Accepting payments and issuing receipts. Maintaining a tidy and clean reception desk. Resolving customer issues and complaints.
Requirements for candidates: Basic knowledge of English Another foreign language will be a huge advantage. Good communication skills and a friendly attitude. Computer proficiency (MS Office, hotel software - PMS). Experience is an advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
