Greeting guests with a warm welcome and providing outstanding customer service
- Managing check-ins and check-outs, ensuring an efficient and smooth process
- Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues they may have
- Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Maintaining the reservation system and ensuring accuracy of guest records
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to coordinate guest requests and resolve any concerns
- Operating the cash register and handling guest payments accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
