Perform accounting operations, including balancing revenues and expenses and reconciling daily reports
Verify the accuracy of guest charges and payments, and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and distribute daily reports, including financial summaries and occupancy reports
Assist guests with any inquiries or issues during the overnight shift
Provide excellent guest service and address guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the overnight shift
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Front Desk Manager

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,750.00 per month Expected Start Date: 25/04/2023
