Digital Marketing:
Oversee SEO, social media (content creation, live posting), email campaigns, and online reputation management.
Content & Branding:
Create promotional materials (photos, videos, copy) and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Sales Support:
Liaise with sales teams, manage client relationships, and coordinate promotional activities for rooms, F&B, and events.
Market Analysis:
Conduct research on competitors, target audiences, and market trends to identify opportunities.
Public Relations:
Develop PR plans, manage media relations, and handle press releases for events and promotions.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report on progress to meet revenue goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field often preferred.
Experience:
Hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience is highly valued.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with social media platforms, CMS, AI tools, and MS Office Suite.
Soft Skills:
