Responsibilities:
Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of all hotel departments
Implement and maintain luxury hotel quality standards
Coordinate activities between departments for a seamless guest experience
Guest Experience
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalised service
Manage guest feedback and complaints efficiently
Greet VIP guests and handle special requests
Financial Performance
Develop and monitor budgets in collaboration with senior management
Optimise revenues and control operating costs
Implement strategies to increase occupancy and RevPAR
Food & Beverage Management
Oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring profitability, hygiene, and quality standards
Develop innovative concepts and menus to enhance guest experience
Manage F&B budgets, costs, and supplier relationships
Quality Assurance
Conduct daily hotel inspections and provide written reports
Establish and oversee maintenance and deep cleaning plans
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff across all departments
Foster a culture of excellence and guest-centric service
Conduct performance assessments for department heads and their teams
Strategic Development
Contribute to the hotel's commercial and marketing strategies
Develop local and international partnerships to increase brand awareness
Anticipate market trends and adapt services to maintain competitiveness
General Management
Manage routine operations in the absence of the General Manager
Ensure effective communication and decision-making across all departments
Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of hotel operations
Qualifications
Successful 5-8 years of operational and management professional experience in the UAE hotel industry in a similar role.
Service, results and quality orientation
Solid management background
Proficiency in English and additional languages
Good computer and new technology skills
* Proficiency in Accor management softwares is a plus
