IIQAF is seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Hotel Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and maximize revenue. Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service. Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenses. Recruit, train, and supervise staff to uphold high customer service standards. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel and increase bookings. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions. Knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service. Understanding of revenue management, sales, and marketing principles. Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
