Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services Drive operational excellence to meet financial targets and enhance guest experiences Implement strategic plans to increase occupancy rates and revenue Lead and develop departmental teams to deliver top-tier customer service Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

7+ years of proven experience

in hotel management, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star property Strong understanding of hotel financials, revenue management, and operational controls Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Deep knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and customer expectations Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) Proficient in hotel management software and modern hospitality technology Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach
