Royal Maison Holiday Homes is seeking an experienced and proactive

Operations Manager

to oversee the daily operations of

135 fully managed holiday home units

within the

Manara Building

on Sheikh Zayed Road. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with

international OTA platforms

(Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia) as well as

local portals

such as

Bayut, Property Finder, Brazil

, and others. This is a hands-on role requiring strong team management, guest service, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations for 135 units: check-in/check-out, guest handling, room readiness. Manage and optimize property listings on

Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Bayut, Property Finder, Brazil

, and similar portals. Ensure accurate pricing, availability, descriptions, and calendar synchronization across platforms. Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, and room inspections for consistent 5-star presentation. Handle guest communication, resolve issues or complaints promptly, and ensure positive guest experiences. Monitor reviews, maintain high ratings, and handle guest escalations effectively. Maintain stock of amenities, linen, toiletries, and room supplies. Generate weekly and monthly reports on occupancy, performance, revenue, and operations. Liaise with DEWA, building security, and third-party vendors as needed. Ensure compliance with DTCM regulations and holiday home licensing requirements.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in holiday homes, hospitality, or serviced apartments in the UAE.

Hands-on experience with OTA portals

(especially Booking.com, Airbnb, Bayut, Brazil, etc.) is a must. Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Well-organized and able to manage multiple teams and priorities. Familiarity with PMS/channel manager software is preferred. UAE driving license is an advantage.

Salary:

AED 5,000 - AED 10,000 per month (depending on experience)
