Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Financial Analyst to join our team. The Hotel Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to help our hotel management company make strategic financial decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and the hospitality industry knowledge.

- Analyze financial data for multiple hotels and create financial models to support decision-making
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets for each hotel
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets for each hotel
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for hotel management and stakeholders
- Conduct market and industry research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for each hotel
- Evaluate investment opportunities and perform due diligence for hotel development projects
- Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to identify and implement process improvements
- Manage and maintain financial databases and software for each hotel
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to hotel management and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related field within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting techniques
- Understanding of hotel operations and metrics (e.g. ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, etc.)
