: The Hotel Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly by coordinating activities between different departments. Responsibilities:
? Coordinate daily hotel operations across various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
? Manage guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
? Assist in organizing and coordinating hotel events and functions.
? Handle reservations and ensure accurate booking information.
? Provide administrative support to the management team.
? Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
? Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel.
? Assist in training and supervising hotel staff.
? Prepare and distribute daily operational reports.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
? At least 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
? Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

First established in 2010, Citymax Hotels currently own and operate 6 hotels (1,986 keys) in the UAE at Al Barsha (2 hotels), Bur Dubai, Sharjah, Business Bay and Ras al Khaimah.
