Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes following hotel standards and guest preferences
Ensure the highest levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety across all kitchen areas
Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and daily supply checks
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth daily operations
Maintain consistent quality in taste, presentation, and portion control
Contribute to menu planning and preparation of special dishes when required
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting
Ability to prepare Arabic, Continental, and/or International cuisine
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures
Able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
A positive team player with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
