Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities.
Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk, lobby, and luggage storage area.
Assist with arranging taxis, shuttles, and other guest transportation.
Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and hotel services.
Driver Duties:
Drive guests to and from airports, local destinations, or hotel-related events safely and on time.
Maintain the cleanliness, fueling, and routine inspection of hotel vehicles.
Ensure the vehicle is ready for use at all times (clean, well-maintained, and fueled).
Log mileage, routes, and passenger details as per company policy.
Comply with all traffic laws and hotel transportation policies.
Assist guests with loading and unloading their belongings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
