Job Description

This opening is for a senior management level of a Hosting Director who will be the head of the marketing department with different levels of seniorities. The scope of this department will be defined in the service/application/content catalogue and push the services to operators or end users as it is within the scope of operational tasks and activities. The candidate must have the charisma to lead the department and good communication skills to handle communication with the customer. , Duties & Responsibilities

Lead a department to achieve the required SLAs and KPIs Motivate the team and ensure high individual performance In charge of Hosting service/apps/content development based on the Arabic region understanding. Choose the right service to market. In charge of aggregation region CP/SP/AP, ingest the service/content/apps to the client's Hosting platform. In charge of Hosting service business development and support with operators in terms of creating Hosting solutions, business case development, commercial negotiation, and communication. Establish operation methodology and processes for Hosting Project based on a deep understanding of mobile internet VAS operation. Support global significant hosting projects in terms of delivery plan, key milestone assessment, as well as project governance. Effective communication with executive customers. Minimum Requirements

A. Experience: 6+ years in the Telecom/Internet industry, Internet Company or service provider. B. Qualifications: - In-depth knowledge and practices on internet or mobile internet marketing and operation. End-to-end mobile internet operation process understanding. - Familiarity with diversified new business models such as revenue sharing model, pay as you grow, etc. - Familiarity with WAC, Appstore, SDP technical platform and methodology. - Familiarity with content management and operation. - Result-oriented, passionate, and team spirit. Global business management experience is preferred. - Extensive relationships with regional CP/SP/AP and operators. - Experience in creating hosting solutions, business case development, and business negotiation. C. Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic in verbal and written. D. Frequent regional business travel. About The Company
