Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional and personable

Host/Hostess (Hoster)

to join our front-of-house team and be the first face our guests see when they visit our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Handle guest inquiries, provide accurate information, and assist with special requests. Keep the reception and entrance area clean, organized, and presentable. Communicate effectively with the restaurant manager and service team. Uphold TFD service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience

as a Host/Hostess or in a similar guest-facing role. Previous experience in a

UAE or GCC restaurant or hotel

is preferred. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality. Professional grooming and presentation. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in English

or other languages
