Job Summary: Looking for a Host/Hostess in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression
• Handle the reservation system, ensuring accurate and timely bookings as well as seating arrangements
• Escort guests to their designated tables, accommodating any special requests or preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station
• Communicate effectively with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of service
• Provide exceptional customer service through anticipating guests\' needs and ensuring a memorable dining experience
• Answer phone calls, take reservations and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Follow all company policies, procedures as well as health and safety guidelines
• Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have previous experience in this field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities to handle reservations, seating arrangements as well as guest inquiries simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and handle customer complaints or conflicts professionally
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills are desirable
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
