Coordinate table assignments while considering flow, guest preferences, and server rotations
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Manage guest waiting lists and inform guests of approximate wait times
Handle special requests, VIP bookings, and dietary needs with care and confidentiality
Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Promote upcoming events, specials, and signature offerings
Handle guest feedback and resolve minor complaints, escalating to management when necessary
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, cafe, or hospitality environment preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus
Proficient in POS systems
High level of personal grooming and fashion sense
Calm under pressure with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
