As a hostess with them, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities
Warmly welcome guests and escort them to their tables
Handle table reservations and manage the flow of guests
Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries
Make recommendations and upsell our menu items
Ensure the restaurant is clean and set up for service
Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a hostess in a high-end restaurant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems is a plus
