Responsibilities:
? Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with information about the restaurant.
? Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
? Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times to guests.
? Coordinate with dining staff to ensure efficient service.
? Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
? Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
? Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
? Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials.
? Monitor the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
? Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Friendly and professional demeanor.
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
? Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
