Responsibilities
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
Present menus and assist with food and beverage recommendations
Ensure timely and accurate order taking and delivery
Maintain a clean and organized service area
Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction at all stages of service
Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Uphold hygiene, grooming, and presentation standards
Handle guest feedback and concerns with poise and discretion
Preferred Arabic Nationality , Asian & Philippines
Requirements
Previous experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Passionate about hospitality and guest service excellence
Willingness to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
