Job Description

Capability to perform repetitious duties. Performing other reasonable job duties as assigned by direct supervisors from time to time. Setting up / Opening the restaurant. Keeping the work place / hostess station clean and tidy at all times. Answering phone calls according to company standard procedures. Relaying information regarding allergies and other guest requests to the service staff. Introducing yourself and welcoming the guest at the entrance of the restaurant. Showing the guest to the table and introducing the concept if applicable. Distributing menu's and take drink orders. Accommodating special seating requests whenever possible. Being knowledgeable about all the menu items, ingredients and recommendations. Comfortable with using CRM systems and POS systems. Cleaning any applicable equipment. Cleaning the restaurant. Closing the restaurant.
