Job Summary:

The Hostess will be the first point of contact for our guests -- welcoming them warmly, managing reservations and seating, and ensuring a smooth guest flow throughout service hours. The ideal candidate is well-spoken, presentable, and passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times. Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and turnover. Maintain cleanliness and order at the hostess desk and entrance area. Answer basic questions about the menu and restaurant offerings. Handle guest feedback politely and direct concerns to the Manager. Assist in light service duties during busy periods when required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or front-of-house role preferred. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Polite, confident, and approachable personality. Well-groomed and punctual. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Must be available for weekends and peak dining hours.
