We are seeking a friendly and professional Russian-speaking Hostess to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive first impression for our guests.

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Assist in promoting special offers and events to guests Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer service Adapt to changing situations and handle high-volume periods with ease

Qualifications

Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken) High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices Familiarity with reservation management systems Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and demeanor Basic knowledge of local culture and attractions in Dubai (preferred) Team player with a positive attitude

Additional Information

Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar role Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities * Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
