to be the face of our restaurant and create unforgettable first impressions for our guests.

Role Purpose

The Hostess will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a gracious farewell. This role is

based in Ras Al Khaimah

and requires a polished, professional, and guest-focused individual who can manage reservations, seating, and guest relations with ease.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

Welcome guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude. Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently, ensuring optimal seating flow. Escort guests to their tables and present menus when needed. Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance with inquiries or requests. Handle guest complaints or issues with tact and escalate when necessary.

Operational Duties

Manage the reservation system and maintain accurate guest records. Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams regarding guest arrivals and special requests. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and aligned with RIKAS standards. Assist with coordinating large bookings, special events, and VIP guests.

Standards & Compliance

Maintain professional grooming and appearance as per RIKAS standards. Follow all operational, hygiene, and safety policies. Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the RIKAS spirit of hospitality at all times.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Hostess or Guest Relations Executive in a luxury or high-end restaurant preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, well-groomed, and with a professional demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage. Ability to remain calm and personable under pressure.

Must be available to join immediately in Ras Al Khaimah.
