Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Hostess to join our team at a luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements
Manage reservations and guest inquiries
Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-presented
Assist with guest requests and provide exceptional service
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest inquiries efficiently
Willing to relocate in Ras Al Khaima
Candidates from CIS and Asian countries are encouraged to apply
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED2,000 + AED 1,000 service charge
Free: Accommodation, meals, transportation, visa, and medical insurance
