Job Description
Job Summary
- Performs all the necessary task that required in line with the departmental Manual and SOP\'s
- Ensure that entrance area and display counters are clean, tidy, fresh and appealing.
- Ensure that all promotional material and flyers are neatly arranged, are clean and presentable and the newspaper are not over date more one day.
- Answer phones clearly and politely in the correct manner, as is described in the service standard.
- Aware of all in house information and happenings so as to give the guest the correct information.
- Assist the service staff with prompt clearing of tables, during and after service to the guest.
- At least two years of experience in similar or waitress position.
- Standing & Walking for long hours.
- Great communication skills
- Broad product knowledge regarding food and beverage
- Good verbal and written communication skills - intermediate in English Language
- Knowledge on POS and Telephone Etiquette
