Job Description
Welcome all guests with a warm, professional, and engaging attitude
Manage and coordinate all reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and table allocations using the restaurant's reservation system (e.g. EatApp)
Maintain the entrance area and host stand, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation at all times
Communicate clearly with the service team to ensure seamless guest seating and table turnover
Handle VIP bookings, birthday reservations, and special guest requests with attention to detail
Provide accurate wait times and offer appropriate seating alternatives when needed
Track guest preferences and repeat visitors to support personalized service
Support the flow of service during peak times and assist in guest recovery situations if required
Maintain excellent grooming and brand-aligned presentation at all times
Uphold service standards and follow all hospitality and safety protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
