Hostess for our Arabic Restaurant

Savva Cafe - Jumeirah.

Greet guests, escort them to their seats or waiting areas, and present them with menus. Inform guests of daily specials Assign guests to tables suitable for their needs Direct guests to coatrooms and waiting areas such as lounges Ensure guests are seated promptly, be attentive at all times to guests seated in waiting areas or lounge. Manages the wait list and escorts guests to their appropriate table Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and guests to ensure that dining details are handled properly and guests' concerns are addressed Receive and record guests' dining reservations Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and to respond to complaints Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware Take orders from guests for food or beverages when necessary Willingness to take initiative and be a proactive problem solver Answer the telephone. Willingness to take initiative and be a proactive problem solver To follow policies and procedures and have strong interpersonal skills that would enable to verbally communicate in a positive manner with co-workers, guests, and the general public. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with an outgoing, friendly, and patient attitude Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency in getting things done

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
