Assist in resolving guest concerns professionally

Previous experience as a hostess in a luxury or upscale restaurant
Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems
Strong guest service mindset and positive communication style
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator in person and over the phone
Organized, proactive, and detail-focused
Good command of the English language
