We are seeking a confident, energetic, and well-presented Night Club Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a premium guest experience in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Manage guest reservations and VIP seating arrangements Escort guests to tables and coordinate with floor and service staff Maintain a positive and lively atmosphere within the club Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously Monitor crowd flow and waiting lists during peak hours Promote club events, special nights, and offers to guests Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and entrance area Uphold the club's service standards and brand image

Requirements:

Previous experience as a hostess in a night club, lounge, bar, or hospitality venue preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident personality with a customer-focused attitude Well-groomed and presentable appearance Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays Ability to handle high-pressure environments and large crowds

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience handling VIP or high-profile guests Knowledge of reservation or guest management systems Multilingual candidates are an advantage
