Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally and determine party size and seating preferences
• Escort guests to clean, available tables and assist with seating arrangements
• Ensure tables are properly set with clean menus, silverware, napkins, and place settings
• Maintain dining room organization, seating flow, and guest safety at all times
• Arrange tables and chairs to accommodate groups and guests with special needs
• Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, availability, and overall guest well-being
• Keep menus current, clean, and well-presented throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean-as-you-go practices
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members using professional etiquette
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions promptly
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No prior hospitality experience required
• Friendly, well-groomed, and guest-focused personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
