Role Overview

We are hiring a

Hostess

to join our front-of-house team and be the face of Jospereno's guest experience.
This role requires elegance, confidence, and exceptional communication skills to ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and at ease from the moment they step through our doors.

The ideal candidate combines charisma, professionalism, and warmth, embodying the refined atmosphere that defines Jospereno.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests with professionalism, grace, and genuine hospitality Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow Handle phone calls and guest inquiries with clarity and poise Maintain a polished, elegant appearance and confident presence at all times Support the team with organization and communication during peak hours

Qualifications

Female candidates only From

Europe or America

Fluent in

English

(Arabic speaking is a strong advantage) Prior experience as a hostess in fine dining or premium restaurants Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, well-presented, and composed under pressure Naturally hospitable with a warm and welcoming demeanor
