Communication Hub:
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating and service flow.
Guest Assistance:
Answer phones, handle initial customer questions, and professionally address minor issues or special requests (e.g., for children, elderly).
Front Area Maintenance:
Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and stocked with menus.
Support:
Assist waitstaff during busy periods with tasks like bussing or serving if needed.
