Job Description
:
- Warmly welcome guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, assist with inquiries, and offer personalized service for VIPs and large parties.
- Handle table reservations, manage guest flow, act as a point of contact for feedback, and help resolve any customer issues.
- Learn the food and beverage menu, make recommendations, and upsell menu items.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and ready for service, assist with opening and closing duties, and coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
