The Role

We are seeking a warm and professional Hostess to welcome and assist guests at our premier hospitality venue in Dubai. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and creating a positive first impression that enhances the overall guest experience. Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with a friendly and inviting atmosphere. - Manage reservation systems efficiently to maximize seating and ensure smooth guest flow. - Escort guests to their tables and present menus or relevant information. - Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, ensuring high satisfaction. - Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure timeliness and quality of service. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas. - Assist with the management of waitlists during peak hours while communicating estimated waiting times. - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. - Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues.



Requirements

Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Professional appearance and demeanor, with attention to personal grooming. - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. - Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. - Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
