About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and well-presented

hostess

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in luxury hospitality and

must be proficient in using the SevenRooms reservation system.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and communicate with clients warmly upon arrival and departure. Thank guests for their patronage and ensure they have a memorable experience. Engage with guests while they wait for their food or beverages, ensuring comfort and satisfaction. Maintain complete and consistent cleanliness of the hostess and reception area. Answer phone calls professionally and manage guest inquiries and reservations. Schedule and confirm reservations for guests both in person and over the phone. Supervise the host book efficiently and manage seating arrangements according to reservation flow. Provide end-of-shift assistance to servers with tallies and coordination. Handle guests courteously, whether they have a reservation or are walk-ins. Communicate with management regarding guest feedback or any service-related issues.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in a

luxury hospitality environment

(fine dining or premium restaurant preferred).

Proficiency in the SevenRooms reservation system is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, professional, and guest-oriented demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
