- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently.
- Coordinate with service staff to maintain smooth guest flow and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and dining area.
