Position Summary:
As the Hostess, you are the first face our guests see -- setting the tone for a positive, enjoyable dining experience. If you love working with people, staying organized, and being part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and seat guests in a timely and organized manner Manage reservations and waitlists using our digital system Maintain a clean and inviting front entrance and lobby Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service Provide accurate wait times and offer exceptional guest service Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special seating requests
Qualifications:
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
