We are looking for a friendly and professional

Hostess

to join a reputed fine-dining restaurant in Oman. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and present menus politely. Coordinate with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service. Handle guest inquiries, requests, or complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience. Assist in maintaining the overall ambiance and orderliness of the restaurant.

Requirements:

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

as a

Hostess

or in a similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
