As a Hostess at

, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand's reputation for authentic Lebanese hospitality. You will manage reservations, greet guests upon arrival, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Manage reservation systems and maintain an organized waitlist when necessary. Escort guests to their tables and present menus. Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient table turnover and guest satisfaction. Answer phone calls professionally and provide accurate information regarding restaurant hours, menu, and reservations. Monitor dining areas to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and tidy reception area at all times. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to the manager when needed. Maintain knowledge of all restaurant promotions, menu items, and services offered. Assist in administrative tasks such as daily guest logs and shift handovers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,800.00 per month
