Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive Manage reservations and waitlists using our reservation system Assign tables based on server rotation and guest preferences Escort guests to their tables and present menus Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle guest inquiries Monitor dining room activity to ensure smooth service flow Communicate with servers and kitchen staff regarding guest needs or delays Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance and host stand Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
