Responsibilities include:

Warmly meeting and greeting customers upon arrival

Maintaining a professional and presentable appearance at all times

Regularly approaching guests to ensure they are satisfied and to encourage future visits

Acting as a representative of the restaurant both inside and outside the venue

Supporting the team in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and guests

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Passion for customer care and guest satisfaction
