The Role

We're on the hunt for a vibrant, organized, and people-loving Hostess to be the first smile guests see when they walk through our doors. If you've got charm, hustle, and a knack for making everyone feel like a regular, this is your moment. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and make them feel welcome. Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist. Escort guests to their tables or designated areas. Provide menus and introduce the assigned server. Maintain a clean and organized reception or host area Assist with special accommodation (e.g., children, elderly, large groups). Communicate with servers and bar staff to ensure top-notch service. Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with grace and professionalism



Requirements

Candidate should be in the UAE. Minimum 2 years' experience in Hospitality background. Professional appearance, pleasing personality and demeanor. High school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Good communication skills in English. Preference will be given to those available immediately.
