We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Hostess to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor Manage reservations through phone, email, and in-person inquiries Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated Monitor table rotation to maximize seating efficiency and minimize wait times Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow Maintain an organized and clean reception area Handle guest inquiries and special requests with empathy and efficiency Assist in resolving any customer concerns or complaints Collaborate with the food and beverage team to support overall operations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions

Qualifications

Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations Excellent guest service skills with a strong customer-focused attitude Superior English language proficiency, both verbal and written Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence Proficiency in using reservation management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for managing reservations and table assignments Ability to stand for extended periods and move continuously during shifts Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards * High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is a plus
